- 15% of operational expenses reimbursed annually
- Up to ₹20 Cr per annum
Category II – Mega GCCs (Large Scale Projects)
- Same percentage rates, higher ceiling (up to ₹200 Cr CAPEX & ₹40 Cr/year OPEX)
- Bandwidth, cloud infra, lease rentals etc. covered under OPEX with 35% max slab.
